I am trying to register my smartpen using Livescribe Desktop but keep getting an error message "There was a problem communicating with Livescribe Online" (Windows) / "Cannot reach Livescribe servers" (Mac).
If you are trying to register your smartpen and are getting the error message:
"There was a problem communicating with Livescribe Online, please try again." (Windows)
"Cannot reach Livescribe servers. Click OK to continue." (Mac)
…this could be a result of not having an internet connection at the time or because a proxy server at work or school is preventing the Livescribe Desktop from communicating with our web servers.
