When I try printing a Printable Notepad or Test Page in Windows Livescribe Desktop I get an error message: Unable to locate files required for printing. Please contact customer support.
If you are getting the error "Unable to locate files required for printing. Please contact customer support." while trying to print dot-map Printable Notepads, one of the files the desktop software uses has been deleted or changed. Please reference 80111 - How do I uninstall Livescribe Desktop for the Windows? to resolve this issue.
