What is Livescribe's return policy and procedures for returns?
Smartpens purchased from a Third-party vendor cannot be returned to Livescribe for a refund or exchange. Please review the third-party sales agreement for that vendor's return or exchange policy and contact them directly.
For purchases made from the Livescribe online Store, Livescribe will refund the full amount paid minus shipping on any item(s) returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items returned after this timeframe will not be accepted or credited.
In your email to email@example.com, please include the invoice number from your purchase confirmation email along with a description of the reason for your return. Once approved, we will issue a Credit Return Merchandise Authorization (CRMA) number along with return instructions. You will be responsible for the original shipping and the return shipping fees. Items must be returned in like new condition with all the original components and packaging. Credits are issued once the items have been received and verified.
Applications purchased from our online App Store are non-refundable.
