When I check for Livescribe Desktop and smartpen updates I get an error message: Unable to access your Livescribe store account and any available download (Windows) / Cannot reach Livescribe servers (Mac).
When checking for updates if you get an error message:
"Unable to access your Livescribe store account and any available download. Please check for updates later." (Windows)
"Cannot reach Livescribe servers. Click OK to continue." (Mac)
…this could be a result of not having an internet connection at the time or because a proxy server at work or school is preventing the Livescribe Desktop from communicating with our web servers.
