When I try playing a session in Windows Livescribe Desktop I get the message "There was a problem playing the audio file for this session."
If you are seeing the message:
"There was a problem playing the audio file for this session."
…then the session you are trying to play was either corrupted during the transfer to Windows Livescribe Desktop or was moved / deleted.
The session may also show as 0 bytes in the file Size column when viewing it in Audio View.
To resolve this you can try transferring the data from your smartpen once more by referencing 201210 - Windows - Renaming the Livescribe Desktop data folder.
